Josetta is accessible by the frontend
When I install Josetta I was puzzled why I don't see any translation in my back-end like I did with Joomfish. And I read documentation. Then I googled the topic and saw that I wasn't alone in that - somehow some people (like me) miss the information in documentation. When you install Joomla you need to enable Josetta module and create a login for the Josetta translator. If you don't want to put Login link on your site you can access translator directly going to:
http://yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_users&view=login
The steps are outlined in Part F of Josetta manual
